VISION
Impact the lives of 10 million Indians by 2040.
As changemakers, our vision is to form bridges between haves and have-nots, between individuals and institutions that lead society towards a brighter, more secure future.

MISSION
Channelize resources from corporates and philanthropists to sections of population that need it most; Collaborate with government officials and civil society organisations; Create real, measurable and scalable impact on the lives of the most underprivileged and vulnerable.

Our Values

Excellence (E) â€“ We strive for excellence in whatever we do - whether it’s in delivering excellent output to clients, or in creating excellent impact on the field; or in excellent relationships that we form with people.

Perseverance (P) – We believe that it is in a strong resolve that winners and leaders go a step further. As SFP, we don’t give up on persons or on ideas, no matter how difficult or complicated a situation may become.

Inclusiveness (I) â€“ We value diversity not only with our team members, interns and volunteers, but also in ideas and initiatives. SFP is a nationwide venture, catering to each and every section of Indian society, every nook and cranny of towns and villages. Our endeavour is to maintain inclusivity in people as well as places.

Compassion (C) â€“ We encourage all team members to cultivate compassion towards clients, beneficiaries, as also towards the people we are all working for. Without compassion, there is no teamwork, and without empathy, societal change cannot be achieved.

We value the trait of integrity above all else.

As professionals, we are often tempted to present an extraordinary, larger-than-life picture to the donors; as humans, however, we understand the limitations and challenges that are faced during field-work. At SFP, we believe in achieving professional excellence, while also fostering empathy and honesty in human connections.

How It All Started

After completing my early education in India, I moved to Tokyo for high school, where I discovered the stark differences in educational approaches. The emphasis on critical thinking and understanding in Japan highlighted the gaps in India’s education system, which heavily relied on rote learning—even at the undergraduate level upon my return.

Driven to address these shortcomings, I left my consulting role at EY and began volunteering with AID INDIA, an NGO in Tamil Nadu dedicated to improving learning outcomes of children studying in government schools. This experience exposed me to the deep divide between the privileged and underprivileged. Seeking to make a broader impact, I joined the team of Mr. A.P. Jithender Reddy, a two-time Member of Parliament and Chairperson, Parliamentary Committee, through a Tata Trusts-funded fellowship. Facing funding challenges in implementing social projects, I leveraged my experience to tap into CSR funds from private companies and PSUs, raising over ₹30 crores for initiatives in education, healthcare, and rural infrastructure, benefiting more than 50,000 people.

Recognising the need for a bridge between corporate resources and grassroots development, I founded Social Footprint around the time Covid pandemic started and migrant labour was seen walking across India.

At SFP, our mission is to leverage public-private partnerships to channel CSR funds for public welfare, bridge the urban-rural divide, and serve as an intermediary among multiple stakeholders in rural development. It is my earnest desire to see every government unit, every NGO, and elected officials, receive maximum support from India’s corporate sector, enhancing the social footprint of all involved. Together, we can touch the lives of countless Indians.
